Hi, could anyone please advise me how a user can access their voicemail remotely. Thank you in advance for your help. AJK

Hello setup a ext which is a DDI number and set it to DND.
This will go to the voicemail, when the voicemail answers press * and enter the persons mail box number and thats it really.

any problem please let me know

Hi glennmitel. I am able to access the voicemail but I am needing to actually pick up the messages remotely. Thank you for your hlep. AJK

You have many options to consider, 1. is setting a ddi to route to the voicemail group (This will then ask you to enter the mailbox and password) 2. within your mailbox settings you can setup to forward calls to a mobile number or home number and 3. you can purchase advance voicemail option (this will enable you to forward all voicemail messages to e-mail)

Hope this helps....?

like it was mentioned above

when you ring the DDI and voicemail answers you dial * then your mailbox Number than the commands are just the same as if you were at your desk.
