External access to InMail/System Mailbox 1

Hello,

The person who normally records/updates our AA recordings is on vacation for the next month. We need to update a recording and I was wondering if it was possible to grant them remote/external access to the InMail system mailbox so that they could update the recording.

Which system do you have? Depending on the system/software level, to gain access remotely you may first need a password in the system admins. vm box.
Typically you would dial into the auto attn. press #, + your vm box (with sys admin rights) + password (if any), then dial 72 + 4 + 001/002 (001 usually day greeting, 002 usually night).

My apologies, I have the SV9100. I should have included that... /facepalm

That is what I was trying. What I didn't realize was that a security code needed to be setup prior or it would not allow remote access to the mailbox. Thank you for your help!

Without a security code, the system replies with' "that mailbox does not exist".
