When you say "is not accessible from the outside world", exactly what is happening? Is it a fast busy, a slow busy, does it go to the operator, or does voicemail pick up? Is 8019 in your DID range? Can you post the working set you compared it to? Thanks.

need your imput, let us know how you are trying to reach it, dialing the 7 digit dn or thru a menu service? etc

And if 8010 or 8011 are not DID numbers, then you need to change the DN 8019 to something in your DID range. Do a

do you have any vacant numbers in the 8600 range? your did range may only be 100 numbers, are their other 8600 numbers that you can "reach" from outside... are you dialing the did? or trying to go thru a mail menu, if so what type of mail

hi all; oh, you are so right. there are no *&% numbers for did that are 80;darn. i guess the fastest way to resolve this is to use one of the ones below that are listed as dids!
