External 2250 Transfer Across MCDN

We've got 2 81C Nodes running 25.40B
All Attendants are on 1 node (Node A), other node (Node B) in Night Service

If a user on the same node as the attendants (Node A) CFW their phones to an external mobile number, the attendants can transfer an external incoming call to the extension successfully.
If however the user is on the different Node to the attendants (Node B) the attendants cannot transfer incoming external calls to the user if they've CFW'ed to their mobile.

Dialling direct from the attendants you also don't reach the mobile? However from external dialling in you do get successfully call-forwarded?

in node two check cdb options.. cff and cfo.. if it is cfo the call is trying to use the ncos of the inbound route to complete the call and not the ncos of the stations.. chg that to cff and the forwarding stations ncos will allow that transfer

Checked CFF & CFO - no effect on transfers from Attendant
Did however check that if I forward phoneset to other Route it works fine, so problem on route or vendor?
I've compared the 2 routes, and found only 4 differences, main being ATAN. What does this do, my NTP's don't have this in?
