extensions to ring continuously - no voicemail 5

I have 2 phones that i need to ring continuously when called, i have set HUNT to nothing and FDN to nothing but when dialled they still go to a voicemail. Its not their callpilot vm though as they are deleted. Any suggestions?

HUNT or EHT is for hunting if the phone is busy.
For No Answer the FDN and/or EFD is programmed.
Try CLS FBD CFTD HTD FND and deleted the programming of HUNT, EHT, EFD and FDN

example... extn 300 set fdn 300 hunt 300

MORE THAN 4 RINGS

It's cofigured via the RCO (0, 1 or 2)prompt on the set.
The RCO prompt is related to the CFN0, CFN1, CFN2 and the DFN0, DFN1, DFN2.
If CFN2 and DFN2 are configured with a 9 and your set has configured with RCO 2 your phone is going to your voicemail after 9 rings

if a number is marped as the pdn of a set, cls htd fnd, hunt x fdn x return... if it still goes to mail.. turn marp on in you switch... or remove that dn from all other sets... fdn or hunt to your own dn would get your term turned off... if you need lhk x then hta and hunt 000

You all know rco limits? I can't find it....

rco limits are 1 to 15 rings.(under cfno in ld 15).. but why change the rco, fix the problem, don't build a work around.. if i was a betting man i would say marp is turned off.

Change the FDN to x
Hunt to 000
chg cls FND HTD FBD
Make sure the dn is marp'd on that set

and you should be good.

thanks everyone, i got it sorted! it was a remote site and turns out it was customer error!!!! Patience is a virtue....
