I recently set up a new voicemail/extension line but each time someone calls in, the extension rings before the auto-attendant picks up. I have tried the following setting (is this not where I would set this up?)
1 – Feature 983
2 – Log:
3 – Press AA
4 – Press LINES
5 – Line number: Dial line number (001-xxx).
6 – Line:xxx Ans:set to AA
8 – If Table:1 (Main AutoAttendant table)
9 – Rings:0
