Extensions Rings Before AA picks up

I recently set up a new voicemail/extension line but each time someone calls in, the extension rings before the auto-attendant picks up. I have tried the following setting (is this not where I would set this up?)

1 – Feature 983
2 – Log:
3 – Press AA
4 – Press LINES
5 – Line number: Dial line number (001-xxx).
6 – Line:xxx Ans:set to AA
8 – If Table:1 (Main AutoAttendant table)
9 – Rings:0

 
As a side note, this is not happening to any other extensions in our office; just the new one.
 
Its is normal that reception or more sets will ring on an incoming line.
If you want AA to take over then call your tech to deprogram the lines on the phone system (not vmail).

Make the line appear only at the set or as curly said take it away all together.
 
program the extension to make sure no lines are on ring and remove prime set options on the trunks
