Extension VM not answering thru Auto Attd

IPO 7.0 embedded vm set up auto attd action to go to ext. Rings ext but vm never picks up. Can call ext directly or by D.I.D. and vm picks up. All other actions work as designed. Made changes and rebooted without succcess. Anyone had this issue?

What transfer action did you use from the attendant? Transfer or normal transfer (they are not the same) if you get hold music while it's ringing the handset you have used the wrong one

Used the same tranfer on all actions this is the only one vm is not answering on transfer thru auto attd.

Try to call a nother DID, pick it up and transfer it to that extension does it picksup VM then?
