Hi Guys I have been asked if I can tell the Boss how many internal-internal calls are going at any one time.
I have a BC12 with service pack 5 I think on it.

You probably will need to invest in a MIS tool like CMS Reporting by Data Track. HTH

A call logger is your best option. They're pretty cheap these days.

If a non real time report is needed a call logger is OK.
if a quasi-real time is needed a call logger that capture CIL over ethernet (CIL buffer need to be specified the lowest but ethernet connection had to be stable for not loosing CIL records and if big system a separate NIU/HDU is needed for that) and can make real time reports is appropriate.

Thanks Guys I have TABS and have now set up a report to do it. Just wondered if a report could be done with DNA and reports.reports
