Extension stuck in night service

Merlin Messaging (WIN SPM 7.0)
I have an extension that cannot be dialed out unless we use the dial out code for night service. I checked the extension - it has no restrictions. How can I get this phone extension back to normal mode?
Please help - Thanks in advance.

Do us all a favor, print the extension info for this puppy and post it here.

Then we can figure it out.

Sys Program > exit > more > print > more >Ext Info > ext #, print.....

Thank you so much for giving me the path on printing the extension info. I just started to use this program, with no training, so I may be back for more answers later. Anyhow, after printing the ext. info, I compared it with another extension, and found that the "Forced Account Code" was "on" the extension that was stuck in night service. After taking it out of the forced account code (whatever that means) it functioned correctly. Once again, thanks so much! ~ViViD
