I have a new setup where the calls go to a CS Menu 1, if they input nothing it rings into an ICD Group - I found the ring time out for the ICD Group 601 - works fine.
However, if the caller enters # it then goes to CS Menu 2 where they can select the extension by either entering 1 for whoever, 2 for whoever. When they call in that way and select the specific extension it rings for like a minute until voice mail intercept.
Where is the timer for route 2? I adjusted anything I could find to 25 seconds however calls still ring for what seems over a minute before intercept to voice mail
