I'm trying to remove an extension completely. When using the command "remove station xxxx" I get an error saying that the extension must be removed from Intra-switch CDR before change or removal.

What does that mean and how can I fix it?

change intra? I'm sorry, but I have no idea what this means.

The station is administered in your intra-switch directory. You have to remove the station from there before it can be completely removed.

Ch intra XXXX (<--extension number) should do it.

Sometimes you have to do "ch intra" and the station before the one you want to remove. For example, if I want to remove extension 1234, I would do "ch intra 1233

Disregard previous post. I realized this was a command and it got me where I needed to be. Thanks!!
