Extension manager

Hi,

I'm having a few troubles with Extension Manager and was wondering if anybody has some ideas.....

I've installed DNA Apps suite on a laptop ( Win 2K )
The OWS Super, Directory Manager, MD110 support all work fine, The problem is with Extension Manager....

TTY works ok but the System information window is blank ...
I can't seem to get any information on Used numbers, spare numbers, etc ......

I'm running DNA Ver 41_sp5. Everything's working ok on the Server and other PC's with Extension Manger.

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing !!

have you set the license info
and have u tried a sync

I don't think licences are the problem .. It's letting me log in ok and do every thing else!!!!

Yes tried a Sync but does nothing....

It appears to be a problem just with the Laptop....
Anybody else ever had problems like this ????

did you install w2ksp3, if that is so, thats your problem
deinstall sp3 for windows 2000
dna4.1 sp5 only works until w2ksp2
sp6 for dna4.1 doesn't solve your problem.
