Extension Manager - License Error

hi, i have a problem with a user of extension manager.
Yesterday the user have the ability to entry in this program, but today from his pc is visualized this message: "You cannot log on - the user license limit has been reached for this application"; another user from the same site have no problem.

what i have to do?
 
Hello,

It seems you have problem with ELM. Try to restart Enterprise License Server process. As far I know this problem is solved in ELM 2.1 Service Pack 1.
 
How i can restart Enterprise License Server process?

Ericsson LFS
Ericsson RDS

Enterprise License Manager service, but it think it will make a difference.

Open ELM and check the license is there to use and it is not temporary that is expired.

Check in Event Viewer for LFS error.

sorry i mean to say it will NOT make a difference!

close down all applications and restart PC

make sure only the right number of EM are running

also try stopping and starting SQL
