Extension keeps busy

I have BC9 system where extension keeps busy.

What can i do to make it free??

I know only one method restart program KLP1T, sometimes need KLP1M
RFPUI:UNIT=KLP1T,LIM=2;
Note
This command disconnect all traffic connections from/to KS in this LIM

Unplug the phone and let the system block it (may take a few minutes). Verify that it's blocked with SUSIP or BLFDP, then restart the line card and unblock the equ position.

Check the status of the line again w/SUSIP.......if it's still locked up then see the reply above. ;-)
