Extension is ringing to the another phone

We have a remote office with BCM50 and has this weird problem. We just found out that one of our extension is no longer ringing to this assigned phone and it ringing to the other phone.

From example:
Phone A has extension 5214. It used to be ringing fine when someone called from internal/external.

Now If someone call this number internal/external it will ring to phone B(ext. 5289).

but at the end it reach the 5214 voicemail box

Can anyone give me some clue on how to fix this?

We can only do the admin from the telset.

Is the first phone manually forwarded to the second?

How to check if the phone is forwarded or not in BCM50?

 
Press the forward button to cancel or confirm it is not manually forwarded.
 
No, the phone is not forwarded.
We press the forward button and it asked for a phone number so it was not forwarded.

I also just read the guide and found the way to cancel the call forwarding by pressing "feature" # 4.
After that i call the line and it is still ringing to Phone B, but it will reach the 5214 VM box
 
How to show what DN is answered by this phone?
 
check if an answer dn was assigned to ext 5289 for ext 5214 under line access.
