An "old" phone (10 button voice terminal (CIB 2853, 7303H01, 3161) appears to be in limbo. The SA ICOM VOICE and the SA ICOM RING buttons both have a blinking green light. It appears that there is a call on hold, but we can't get a dial tone on those lines or any action like "recall." There is a dial tone on the SA ORIGINATE. If the extension is called, the caller hears a busy signal. If we change phones, the same situation remains. There has got to be some way to release or reset this phone/extension, but so far the documentation has not revealed it. We have a Merlin Legend 3.1 & 4.0 release and a MLX-20L operator console. The "old" phone has the following specified buttons with lights: Call pickup, Voice Mail, Privacy, Do not disturb, Redial, SA Originate, SA Voice, SA Ring; and the other buttons are: conference, transfer, drop, hold, message, recall, and speaker. Please don't tell me to hit the feature button because there isn't one.
