Extension has only two lines

One of the extensions is showing only line 1 and line 2 and intercom, intercom and Handsfree. Line 3, 4, 5 and 6 are assigned to Line Pool A. How can I change it to line 3, etc.

We have Modular ICS 6.1 with Callpilot 100
If I bring the extesion phone and connect it to mine, it works fine as my phone with all lines showing.

Post this in the Nortel: Norstar systems section and someone can probably help you there.
