Extension handset picked up, but has to press line. 2

We have one extension in our SV8100 NEC system that has to select the line after the call is picked up.

I was hoping somebody knew where this is configured?

Thanks for the fast response. Users that don't have to select the line do not have that checked, and checking that has not changed the problem user.

Any other suggestions?
 
15-02-10 by extension, ringing line preference to answer a ringing call by lifting the handset.
 
Possible a mis-configured handset? Those boxes are already checked.
 
Sorry, guys. Overlooked the obvious. Extension was not assigned in 22-04. Too many phones going off in the same room to discern the rings.
 
You could use the copy mode in PCPro to copy over the settings from a working phone to the broken one.
