So, I have an extension that used to be part of a hunt group, pickup group and answer group.

It has since been removed from all the groups to stand on it's own. But for some reason, when you call that extension, after 4 rings it goes to the voicemail for the old hunt group.

I've done a list usage extension on it, and there is nothing. The system reports no data found.

I've deleted the station and reissued it using the same extension. I've done the same for the voicemail. No matter what I do, extension 299 wants to forward to voicemail 139 after 4 rings.

Any ideas?

in your voicemail, look at sub 139. see if 299 is the secondary extension for that mailbox.

thanks, tim

No mention of 299 in the details for sub 139.
