Extension going to Busy instead of VM

I have a station that is going to a busy signal instead of going to voice mail box...any suggestions...

The system being used is a NEAX 2000 IPS with NEAX AD-40 mail system with Dterm series E phones.

When you call the extension, what is seen in the display of the calling station?

Make sure it's not in DND (Do Not Disturb).

I have been working on it and this is what i have found so far...the station is not in DND but when in DND it will transfer to voicemail no problem. When anyone calls the station it shows the station name or trunk id, but the incoming call to the station just rings and rings if not on DND.

Sounds like you have a call forwarding issue. Check out E601, E602, and E603 in MOC.
