Extension Forward - Voicemail on Forwarded Extension

Hello All,

Unique Scenario here. I have one Extension (Extension A) that is being forward to another (Extension B)

The want the Voicemail to pick up ON (Extension B)and not pull back to the originating extensions Voicemail (Extension A)

Suggestions?

I'd have to test, but can you try turning off voicemail for extension A? How are your forwarding to B, using Forward Unconditional?

WCeightoh: I did try turning voicemail off for Extension A - The call continuously rings. You are correct - Forward Unconditional.

Guessing extension B is 2222.

Create a short code 99xxxx/voicemail collect/"#"N

Then set forward unconditional for extension B with 992222 as target. That way you adress 2222's mailbox directly.
