Extension doesn't roll to voicemail on internal calls

I have a single phone out of about 20 which will ring interminably if the user doesn't pick up. However, if you dial an outside line, dial the office and dial the user's extension, it will roll over no problem after a set number of rings. I am perplexed as I have yet to find anything different in this particular phone's set up as opposed to the others. Please help!
 
Most likely the extension does not have Call Forward No Answer set up in Set Abilities. The Auto Attendant will send the calls to voice mail automatically, but if the call is transferred internally it must be set CFNA to the voice mail directory number.
