Extension does not forward to VM 1

Good evening,

I have an extension, x7394, appearing as key 1 on a phone (MARP) and key 8 on another. VM is set up in Meridian Mail and from what it looks like the programming for both TN's where the extension is located are the same. However, the extension just keeps on ringing and not forwarding to VM.

On the TN where it MARP's check the LHK setting. It needs to be equal to that key. If the set where it is Key 1 is MARP then LHK should be 1. If the other set, where it is key 8, then that set should be LHK 8.
