Hi,
Any ideas how i should program a route pattern to incorporate the extension number being sent out to the network for extension billing purposes?
I have extension 750 which needs to call any number in the world, the route pattern it goes over is determined by ARS. the route pattern has a 4 digit code in the inserted digits field 1620 I then need to put a pause (+ or ,) and then insert the 3 digit extension number (750) and then send the number dialled 0xxxxxxxxxx to line. I can get this to work for a single extension no problem but i have a lot of extensions which need to use this feature and I want the Route pattern or ARS table to send the extension number to line for billing purposes.
the end result should be that i have 300 extensions routing calls over ARS which go over 6 or 7 route patterns these insert the "network billing code" and the extension number making the call and then route the call to the dialled number. then the customer at the end of each month gets a bill from the network provider down to extension level.
The customer does not want to buy a call logger or have any CDR on site, they already have this working on there existing switch (norstar i think) and dont see why they should change there setup.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
