Hello,
I have a problem with setting IA770 on a new G350/S8300 CM5. I used the guide Avaya IA 770 INTUITY AUDIX Messaging Application Release 5.1 - Administering Communication Manager Servers to Work with IA 770, but I finished with this part not working...
When calling to extension 111 -> coverage path -> audix hunt group with group extension 591 -> trunk group 10, which goes to IA770, where the 111 has a mailbox, I get message "Extension 000. The call comes through the trunk with Setup digits 590. I only suceeded for one extension (111) if I set in ch route 10 this
change route-pattern 10 Page 1 of 3
Pattern Number: 10 Pattern Name: msgservermsgser
SCCAN? n Secure SIP? n
Grp FRL NPA Pfx Hop Toll No. Inserted DCS/ IXC
No Mrk Lmt List Del Digits QSIG
Dgts Intw
1: 10 0 3 111 n user
2: n user
Than it looks like this on the trunk:
list trace tac 910 Page 1

and the call goes well to mailbox 111.

If I use the change route-pattern 10 in default

change route-pattern 10 Page 1 of 3

Than the li trace tac 910 looks like this:

18:18:44 Setup digits 590

18:18:54 idle trunk-group 10 member 3 cid 0x1c4

And the caller gets the 000 message.

I need to set it to work globally well - for example for extension 112, 113 ...
Do you have any idea, please?
Thanks a lot

Go back to your doc. The integration is not setup properly, that is why you are getting the default response. I would go step by step and make sure I didn't miss anything.

in particular pay attention to setting up either the public or private numbering, to send the 4 digit extension # to the IA770 trunk group :)

Solved! Thank you for your help. It was in change trunk to audix on 3rd page I had the private (as recommended in the doc) and when I changed it to public it works!
I still see the Setup digits 590 in the list trace tac, but it works for all extensions I want (and I configure on both sides).
