I can not cancel extn analog, the system responds exn has que. I restart program units ELP6 EHH but no results (the release is BC10).Can you help? Thanks in advance.

this means that this extension has an outstanding callbackrequest. Do #37# on the extension. If the extension is no longer available, you can restart unit QMP in the LIM where the extension resides.
