EXTEE ext busy even when the board is out

each time i try to BLDBI the command gets stuck, i got the conector of teh borad,didnt work,got the board out and still XXXXX is busy ????? i know that the board is faulty just for that EXT all the other extensions are working fine,just want to delet it now so i can program the same number on some other free EQU?

Try to do restart of programunit EL6 in lim 2:
RFPUI:LIM=2,UINT=EL6;

you board is probably fine, it's just a software record that is "hanging".

try first to restart unit DER (DERS1 if you have BC10 or lower version)

RFPUI:UNIT=DER,LIM=2;

if that doesn't work, try hotfix's suggestion
RFPUI:UNIT=ELP6,LIM=2;

P.S. : your BLDBI command is not hanging, it takes just a lot of time (this can take up to 30 minutes in some cases). I know that restarting unit CNH1 is a quick "fix", but it is not the correct way, as these sort of actions can cause software corruptions. Sometimes it is good to be patient with the MD110...

Try to block the equipment position first, using BLEQI:EQU=2-3-30-4; You will get the response ORDERED. Restart ELP6 RFPUI:UNIT=ELP6,LIM=2; Then try EXTEE.This has worked for me in the past.
