5335 my extension
9496997 Our company main number
I made a call from ext 5335 to 9496997 then dialed 5335. My rollover extension 5835 rang then transfered to voicemail because I did not pick up the call. Voicemail port 3 took the call wich uses ext 6413. the following was captured from the PBX.

KA~ indicates outbound call
KE~ indicates indound call
Can I program the PBX to send the extension to extension call data?
I want to be able to run a report for how many calls went to voice mail and also a report to see if one employee is talking to another five hours per day.
