I have a 7941 that was setup to call forward last week. User turned feature off this morning but it is still forwarding. I looked in Call Manager in every spot i know about to find the problem but I had no luck.

Try running the dblhelper.exe on your call manager to see if your SQL database is sync'd properly. That is if you are running 4.1 software. If they are not sync'd you will need to do;

Thanks for your help on this. We are running 4.2 and could not find the dblhelper.exe but we walked thru your attachment and that fixed us right up.

if you have a smartnet agreement with cisco you can get a copy of the dbhelper from them.

I'm sure we have some agreement with them currently, but I don't know what it would be.

This seems to be an ongoing issue at 4.13 and 4.2 or just generally 4.x. The solution points to synch issues but even if the cluster shows no replciaiton issues it cna still occur. It seems that the only solution is per phone in that you manually turn it off, on , off again, also it is not every phone so tracking it down and replicating the fault when it occured on my site was not easy

There are times that I have had similar SQL issues in that the phone doesn't act like it should per the programing. Usually you can fix it one of 2 ways. Make a change, any change, and Save it. Then go back in and change it back and save it. If that doesn't fix it, I delete the phone and build it back. This usually fixes the problem. I'm not sure it's a CallManager issues as much as it is a SQL issue.
