I have a meridian phone system. After power went out all ext. are wrong. How would I re-program the ext. My phone is the m7310

this looks like you lost all the programming, as the system lost its power.
you need to reprogram the entire system - like you just got a new one. it is not just the extensions.
best bet is to get a trained installer/admin to do this.

and get a UPS in future to prevent this and do a backup of the programming

There is no way to go to each phone and reset its ext.

I also need to setup which phone rings on incomming calls. Because now each phone rings.

sounds like this system had set relocation turned on prior to this power failure. All ports/DN's have now reverted to their default settings
