Ext doesn't receive VM

I have one extension that is not receiving an voice mail. It started intermitantly but now has escalated to not receiving at all. I did find a P under source numbers and deleted it but that didn't work. I then deleted the ext and recreated it but that didn't work either. Any suggestions?

Try restarting the voicemail pro service or lite app
