Ext CFWD on Flash

I've got two flashes, Rls 1.0 on an 8x25 DR5/DS and a 1.9 on a CICS Rls 4.1 that seems will not do an external transfer;
settings

Flash allowed Pool 1
Flash allowed redirect
CCR path xfer external
Pool 1
#5P2xxx xxxx#5

In both cases Flash grabs another line from the pool and tries to dial. For the 1.0 telco recording plays stating call cannot be completed as dialed, and for the 1.9 a reorder tone is returned.

I MUST be forgetting something!!! Anyone have a suggestion?

Explain your number string you showed. Your digit stream should be similar to either 15551231212 or 915551231212

Only Flash V1.9 or higher could do an external call forward, and only from the CCR tree. Check to see if supervision is turned on for all your lines. Since you told the Flash to use pool 1 you don't need the leading 9.

CCR only. Yes. Known.
Only 1.9?? If so I've got the wrong rls number for the CICS flash and it would explain the other unit. I'll double check that one.

ATS # = special characters; 5 = "link or flash" P = pause 2 = insert digits xxx xxxx = dialed number, then link on the way out of the string. Takes advantage of 3way calling transfer.

Follow up note: CICS 4.0 not 4.1 but confirm Flash as 1.9.0
