Hello Everyone,

When remove cable and connected again it works for a while, but go busy again after the call termination.

Thanks

Also when a power failure it caused me a problem we can not contact any ext all Ext is blocked except the digital Ext. Forcing to delete all analog exts and re-create it again in order to work.

Please help me

what about the second part?

Is there a way to make this ext , not affected by power outages.

Every time if the power goes down, I am delete all exts and re-create it again one by one for order to work. its very hard.

please help me.

Thanks

What alarms do you get? What does SUSIP show for a fauty extension? Have you tried de-blocking the extension instead of deleting and re-initiating? Give us something to work with please.

thanks himdp for reply,

i didn't try to de-blocking because i don't know how to do that.

Can you please explain to me. My knowledge not much Please guideline to give the information that you want to resolve this issue for meز

Thanks

Print blocked analogue extension devices with-
BLFDP:TYPE=EL;

You can deblock any extensions showing with-
BLDBE:EQU-xx-xx-xx-xx,ALLFM=Y;

If all extensions on a board are out of service, you can try restarting the board with-
RFBOI:BPOS=xx-xx-xx;

You can deblock a board with-
BLDBE:BPOS=xx-xx-xx, ALLFM=Y;

In all cases above replace xx with the relevant digits.

Thank you Mr.himdp for this helpful information

I have ran this command but got message not accepted :

how to make this ext running again?

I have tried to de-block one ext as following:
<BLDBE:EQU=001-2-40-17,ALLFM=Y;
NOT ACCEPTED
MISSING PARAMETER
BPOS

< BLEQE=EQU=001-2-40-17,ALLFM=Y;
SYNTAX ERROR

Its executed BLEQE:EQU=001-2-40-17,ALLFM=Y;

but how to de-block all ext one time .

Appologies for the typo in my first post-
BLEQE will deblock per extension (EQuipment position)
BLDBE will deblock all extensions on a board (Device Board)

Try
BLDBE:BPOS=1-3-50,ALLFM=Y;
If that works for your power out case then you could make a command file to deblock all the boards.

Thanks everyone
BLEQE this working for me but one by one

How to get BPOS equation for the ext above?

Also i am sure i did do-block for all ext , but when ran "BLFDP:TYPE=EL;" there is 2 ext blocked.

Thanks

BPOS means Lim no-Magazine no-board is this correct? if so

how to print this information?
