Ext. 301 not ringing via NAM

Strange thing. I have a client that has two divisions within the same company. I have assigned two groups of edts. to make it easier to know which division is using which sets. Division is assigned 200 thru 299 and Division 2 is assigned 300-399.

When I call from set to set to ext. 301 it rings the set and goes to VM ok. When I call from outside using AA the calls keep ging to ext. 203. I deleted the mailbox and recreated it but the calls still keep going to ext-203

Think you worded wrong.

is AA suspposed to answer? at what point does it ring 203?

Did you make sure no lines ring at that set in Line Access?

After resetting the problem went away.
