OK now I've done it! lol I know just enough to get me in trouble.

I was changing the ACD ACDN numbers but forgot that 2003 was the ext for Express Messaging. How do I change it back? HELP!

I guess you have outed the EM #. Have you re used it for anything else. If so, you will need to remove that 1st. Then in LD23 create a new ACD with DN = EM extn & NCFW = the VM ACD #. I trust you didn't remove the EM extn from Voice Services DN table in Mail
 
correct maxp1 acd ncfw to the same number you forward to. if its mm check your voice service dn table, option 3 then 4 then 1.. those are from memory so go slow when you step through, voice serv.. voices ser apps then voice ser dn. that is wherbe used you tell the mail what the number is to for. in this case ex.. ms for menu, td for thru dial, etc
