I have a BCM 50 that works with E1(DID) in Mexico
I tried to program a Target line for Express Messaging line and it did not work.
First, I assigned the target line 125 in the mail box # 244, then I configured in the target line settings, the prime set field as voice mail dn and I introduced 2245 in the Pub received # field.
Second, when I dial 15222245, the extension number 244 flashes one time, then it releases after 8-10 seconds.
And at last, I have monitored with the BCM monitor and I have noticed that the dialed digits were received and routed to the voice mail dn, nevertheless it has released after 8-10 seconds, and the mail box grettings could not be heard.
I would appreciate if someone could help me with and tell me what is wrong.
