Exporting to pdf format problem

I am using Crystal Reports 10
I am exporting a crystal report to a pdf file.
When I first view the file and print it out, the file looks great. As soon as I start to navigating from page to page, the formatting starts getting more and more messed up.
I navigate by 3 methods: the wheel on my mouse, the side scroll bar, and the page navigator on the reader.

I can't seem to duplicate this problem on my machine, but I can from another machine.
Has anyone ran into something like this before?

Is the current version of Adobe Acrobat the same on both machines? I encountered a problem like this when the report was developed on a machine with Adobe Acrobat 7.0 and the user had 4.0.
