Exporting to Excel

Can anyone tell me if there is way I can export a report from Crystal Enterprise (8) to Excel (1997 or 2000) without the cells merging?

I have allgined all the fields in designer, etc....but it still merges some of the fields. I hear there may be a pacth to correct this, but I am not certain.

Also, when exporting is there a way to prevent the summary fields from exporting?

I don't know about the patch, but I always pay attention on
justifying left or right data and text fields in CR. It helps a lot.
Still, doesn't help, if you have subreports.
Generally the users understand what.
