Exporting to Excel From Crystal

I am trying to export to Excel from Crystal *.RPT (non complied) format. This is not appearing as an option. Please help

I am not entirely understanding your issue, could you please give more detailed information on exactly what you are experiencing? Also, could you please include what the version of crystal reports is that you are using?

Sure sorry for the lack of info. The version of Crystal is 7.0 and when I attempt to run *.rpt from an Oracle database the *.rpt's do not have the export options available from the reports to Excel or Word, nor or the options available from C++ complied reports. I have mapped root to the directories of all complied rpts where the u2*.dll's, CRP*.dll and exe's are located, still no luck with the export options.

This is NOT the case with the reports when they are run in the Crystal 8.5 environment on another server. However alot of my users are still in the 7.0 environment, so it is not a simple issue of changing (upgrading to 8.5) for a couple of months.
