I am using Crystal XI and trying to export reports that contain time fields to Excel. All of the time fields show XXXXXXXXXXXXXX in them. I am a user, not a technician and I can't figure out how to make the times show up. I know that Crystal uses TimeDate fields but I don't know how to fix the Excel spreadsheet to show the time.

This is probably an excel situation. Just grab one of the column headers in excel for the time field and make it wider.

I tried doing that and it did not work, just made more Xs appear

In Excel, try DOUBLE clicking the vertical line beween the column header for the time field and the next column.
