I have a load of Blackberries that I am upgrading for the users at work. I need to move the contacts that they have stored in their local address book to the new Blackberry. I've installed the Blackberry Desktop Manager but it fails to export the address book into ASCII format. Are there any specific steps that I'm missing?

Thanks for your help.

Why export the contacts? The Desktop Manager should have the ability to move all the data from one device to a new device.

Create a Back up for the users old device through the desktop manager and then take the new device and then you can do an advanced restore and bring over just the address book..
