Exporting Reports

When I try to export a report I get the following issue.
Within an applet window the following error appears:

The export format 'u2fxls:5 is not supported. [On Page Server "then list server name"].
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
I did and that didn't help the exporting issues. Although it did create a few more problems. I'm running crystal enterprize 8 and getting very fustrated with the hidden issues this product seems to have. When I speak w/ tek support their response to exporting drop-down list is "known bug". Those are two words you do not want to hear while your using the product.
