I have created a nav bar with the symbol editor, It has 4 stage rollover buttons, I have exported the nav bar to a dreamweaver document but when I preview in the browser the rollovers dont work (the rest is ok).
The export wizard asks me how I want the frames in the nav bar to be exported but this seems to make no difference.
Help me please.

Hmm, if you are exporting directly to DW, try exporting to "the web". Then go to your cell, and use the insert FW button, and select the html file from your export to web. That is generally how I import my nav elements anyway. Let me know if that helps. Good luck.

I have the same problem. I created a number of buttons with behaviors for Up, Down, Over and Over while down. I exported the buttons selecting the destination as a DreamWeaver document. Once in DW, if I insert the button, it doesn't work.

I tried the proposed solution and nothing seems to happen!!

thanks chaps,
I'm gonna make some time over the weekend to try and sort it out.
If, in the meantime you crack it, Let me know.
I am a newboy to DW and it ROCKS !!

Well, I have tried and tried to create your problem, and have not had much luck. The only thing I have to suggest would be to make sure that when your save as window comes up make sure you set it to save it as HTML and Images, then import the HTML page. You may be exporting images only. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I am working on redesigning my department intranet website. This time around I start learning to use Fireworks 4.0 and Dreamweaver. I created a navagtion menu with fireworks that works very well on IE 5.0 however on IE 4.0 for the menu to do a mouse over image change you have to touch the very edge of the popup link. Let me know if you have any pointers on fixing this problem. This is the only bug holding me up on releasing the new design.

Thank you for any help you can offer.
