Exporting Excel data to Visio

We have an office floor map which covers six floors. As employees move around, it becomes burdensome to update.

I'd like to put this data in an Excel spreadsheet which could be linked to a Visio diagram of each floor's layout. Thus, by simply updating the data in Excel, this would propogate to the Visio model.

ANY HELP would be VERY much appreciated!
