Exporting Eudora 5.x to Outlook

I am trying to export several mailboxes and contact info from Eudora 5.x to Outlook XP. I'm sure the steps would be the same as Outlook 2000. However, I cannot find a tool to export/import. Is it possible I need to move to something in between since Outlook doesn't have an import option for Eudora?

This looks like it should work. It will take awhile if I follow the .mbx cleanup but I'm going to give it a shot. Thanks for your help.
