exporting data from sql server to Ms access

greetings

hi wana know how can i export data from table on sql server to MS access through SQl job

i am using sql server 2008 and Ms access 2007

I prefer to use Access to import or link the data instead of pushing it to a file.

i know i can import data using Ms Access from sql server ,,but i wanted to know how can i do it using a file..

look up sp_addlinkedserver in the BOL... That is probably the easiest way.

You can set up a SSIS package that will export data from any SQL tabe, view, Stored procedure etc to pretty much any file format you want including ms access.
Once you have the job creted you can schedule it in the SQL agent and you should be sorted.
