Exporting check boxes

I want to send reports from access by e-mail to non access users. I currently send the reports as rich text format, however the reports contain check boxes which do not show up in RTF. Anyone know how i can overcome this problem??

The neatest way is to use a Snapshot. The viewer is available on the Office CD or from Microsoft.com.

Think of the snaphot as an Access PDF file.
