Exporting 4:3 captured video in 800x600 cuts off edges

I captured my video in 800x600 resolution in MPEG 4. I try to export at that same resolution using WMV 9 codec and WM9 NTSC 1024k presets. The exported vid has the sides sheared off Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Any help is appreciated; I've exported half a dozen different times changing the settings around and can't seem to figure out whats wrong.

4:3 is 728x468. So don't export 4:3 and create a custom setting.

Thanks for the tip on where to look. I didn't see the option to choose between DV playback and Video for Windows. Got it now
