I am using AE 4.1 and creating a simple 4.5 minute movie with still images to music and some cross fades. I want the movie to be exported uncompressed. I have the settings with "render" at best and the "lossless" with full frame, uncompressed. My problem is - the final movie is split into four and each image shoved up into the corners and the tops in the center. Basically, jumbled like a 4 squared Rubik's cube. However, if I render only 1/2 of the movie, it works fine. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!! chonzter@yahoo.com

Does this happen when you export a movie in a smaller file format? If, for example, you export to a series of frames (okay, that'll be a lot of frames...), do you see the same thing in the frames? Do you see the same thing if you export an MPEG, or a Quicktime, or something that's only, say, 300 x 200 pixels?

Cheers,

If I renderd out smaller sections, it would work. I actually uninstalled AE (it was on my C drive) and reinstalled it to my D drive. Originally, I had the AE project rendering on my C drive but putting the movie to my D. My C only had 5gbs whereas my C has 25GBS. Now, it's working. That was the only other thing I could think of to do. I appreciate you helping me!! Have a great day.
