Yes you can and it takes a couple of additional fields to do this.
set you up a field that is an calculation of ether zeros or spaces depending on which you need to pad the data with.
set you up another field that appends your original data field to the one you just added. Put the padding in the front or back dependinf on where you need the data.
set you another field using ether the left or right function with ever how many spaces you want. Then use that field as you export.
